Customers are expected to provide precise and comprehensive details that are vital to the effective implementation of digital marketing initiatives. Everything from pertinent social media accounts and websites to any required content, photos, and branding assets is part of this. Note that we will not be responsible for any work that depicts incomplete concepts. Any failure to provide the right details of the work can result in dissatisfaction.

The project proposal or contract will specify the conditions of payment. Prompt payment of the agreed-upon fees is expected from clients. The termination of service may occur if payments are not made by the agreement. Note that we use scam-free sites and methods for the payments. Moreover, you won’t be charged any extra amount except for the service that will be provided to you.

All logos, branding materials, and client-provided content are considered intellectual property and will always belong to the client. Our services may be subject to licensing agreements specified in the project proposal or contract if they are tailored to the client's project.

Any sensitive or proprietary information discussed throughout the project will be kept secret by both our company and the client. We have stored all the data in our system which is secure and free of all threats from the third party. Our team makes sure that the client’s personal information is not violated at any cause once they share their info with us with trust and reliability.

If the other party commits a substantial breach of this agreement, either party may provide the other party written notice to cancel this agreement. At the end of the engagement, the client will get all completed work and any unpaid costs will be collected.
